8 Standard Sub Frames from Woodrite

When you choose a Woodrite timber up and over garage door you now have 8 standard sub fixing frame options to choose from.

For their range of up and over doors you have the choice of a steel or timber sub frame to start with depending on the gear mechanism chosen and for the timber sub frames there is the superb option now of a cedar clad softwood or hardwood frame to ensure continuity in the timber graining and the chosen stain colour. For years the choice for every timber up and over door has only ever been a sfotwood or hardwood timber frame and neither frames will stain to the same colour as the door especially if it is a lighter colour. The graining in the softwood standard frame is quite knotty and the hardwood frame is usually a red meranti and the graining is tighter with a fairly dark natural colour to begin with before any stain is applied.
